New year New focus

It's all about specificity and managing expectation during the race. Key thoughts that are going through my head now…

1- Can i sustain it?
2- Is it possible to attain a PB?
3- How do I train?
4- Which training system do i use?
5- Do I need a training buddy?
6- How to fuel?
7- How to prevent injury?

I have a race coming up in July, need to go through these questions quickly!
